This policy explains what information Monopole Labs collects when you use our website and estimate tool, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Monopole Labs ("we," "us," or "our") builds custom software for wineries. This policy applies to monopolelabs.com and the estimate tool hosted there. If you have questions, contact us at hello@monopolelabs.com.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Contact details you enter to receive an estimate: your name, winery name, email address, and phone number.
• Details about your winery you share in the estimate tool: the modules you're interested in, the software you currently use, and general size information such as club size, employee count, and annual production.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as your device type and general usage of the site, which may be collected through standard web analytics.

We do not ask for or intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and the tool does not process payments.

How we use your information

• To prepare and send you the estimate you requested.
• To contact you about your estimate and discuss whether we can help — by email or phone, as you agreed when submitting your details.
• To improve our website, our estimate tool, and the services we offer.

Your consent to be contacted

When you continue past the details step of the estimate tool, you agree that we may contact you about your estimate by email or phone. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email from us, telling us during a call, or writing to hello@monopolelabs.com. We will honor opt-out requests promptly.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only in these limited cases:

• Service providers who help us operate — for example, our email delivery provider, which sends your estimate on our behalf, and our website host. These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.
• Legal requirements — if we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to follow up on your estimate and maintain our business records, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

How we protect it

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've given us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@monopolelabs.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act — including the right to know what we've collected and to request deletion. We honor these requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be reflected on this page.
